How Interest Free payment plans work
Latitude offers different payment plans for you to access at various retailers. If you have a balance remaining at the end of your chosen Interest Free payment plan period, interest will apply.
Equal monthly
With equal monthly payments, you’ll know exactly how much to pay each month. Plans vary and are only available during select promotional periods.
Minimum monthly
You need to make a minimum payment each month, but you have the flexibility to make extra payments at any time. Plans start from 12 months.
12 or 24 month Interest Free payment plans
A Latitude Interest Free payment plan is an easy and flexible payment method which gives you the freedom to buy today, with more time to pay. There are two instalment payment plans available for duration12 and 24 months. Repayments are flexible to suit your lifestyle; equal monthly and minimum monthly, you can pay as much as you like as long as you meet your minimum monthly repayments (advised at the time of sign up).

12- & 24-month Interest Free (Minimum Monthly):
Minimum spend amounts differs across promotional plan terms
*Approved customers only. Monthly payments required (exact amounts specified in your statement). Minimum spend applies to different plan term(s): minimum spend $1,000 for 12 months and $1,500 for 24 months. Paying only the minimum monthly payment will not pay out the purchase before the end of the plan. If there is an outstanding balance after the interest free period ends, interest will be charged at the Expired Promotional Purchase Rate, currently 29.99% (subject to change). Interest may also apply to other credit card transactions or if you do not comply with the T&Cs. Conditions of use set out the T&Cs of the Latitude Gem Visa credit card. If you fail to make your minimum monthly payment for two consecutive months, you agree that your equal monthly payment plans (Instalment Interest Free Promotion) with a term of fewer than 33 months will change into a minimum monthly payment plan (Interest Free Promotion) for the remaining duration of the initial plan term. Latitude Interest Free plans are flexible Interest Free instalment payment plans which give you the freedom to buy now and pay later. At Officeworks, you get access to 12- or 24-month Interest Free plans (minimum purchase amounts apply). Latitude Interest Free plans are available to existing Latitude Gem Visa, Latitude GO Mastercard, CreditLine and Buyer's Edge customers at checkout.

Can I pay for multiple items using one Latitude Interest Free plan?
Yes. You can use a Latitude Interest Free plan to cover the cost for your entire in store purchase or online order, including shipping. The total cost of the order must meet the applicable minimum purchase amount and be within your available Latitude credit account limit.

How do I use a Latitude Interest Free plan in store?
When you reach the store checkout, simply let our team member know you'd like to pay for your purchase with a Latitude Interest Free plan. You will be asked to provide your mobile number and you will be sent an encrypted link via SMS. Follow the prompts to verify and confirm your purchase via your Latitude account.
Once our team member completes your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS from Latitude with your order details.

You can use our Price Beat Guarantee with a Latitude Interest Free plan in store. However, our Price Beat Guarantee is not available for online orders made using a Latitude Interest Free plan.
Latitude Interest Free plans are not available for phone orders.

No. You cannot use split payments for your order if you want to purchase with a Latitude Interest Free plan as your payment option.
