ONCE MORE. THREE STRAIGHT DAYS OF HILTON SOUTH THREE STRAIGHT BLOWOUT AND NOW 6941. THE IOWA STATE CYCLONES ARE BIG 12 CHAMPION. MAN, I’M IN SUCH A HIGH RIGHT NOW. LIKE I DON’T HAVE THE WORDS MAN. LIKE I’M TINGLING EVERYWHERE. I GOT BUTTERFLIES IN MY STOMACH. I’M JUST HAPPY FOR ME AND FOR MY GUYS. I’M JUST REALLY HAPPY. UH, BEFORE THE GAME, I WAS ANXIOUS FOR THE GAME. LIKE, I DON’T WANT TO KNOW IF WE WAS GOING TO WIN OR LOSE. SO I HAD A PRETTY GOOD FEELING WE WAS GOING TO WIN, BUT I DIDN’T KNOW HE WAS GOING TO WIN WIN LIKE THAT. I’M JUST SUPER HAPPY. IT’S REALLY COOL BECAUSE WE’VE GOTTEN BETTER AS THE YEARS GOING ON. WE’VE CONTINUED TO IMPROVE, WHICH IS IMPORTANT. HAPPY FOR OUR FANS, HAPPY FOR EVERYBODY THAT SUPPORTS US. IT’S A GREAT TEAM WIN. THIS PLACE HAS GOT. I DON’T KNOW HOW MANY THOUSAND PEOPLE IN, UH, YOU KNOW, YOU GET DONE WITH THE GAME AND YOU’RE JUST LOOKING AROUND AND TAKING IT ALL IN. IT’S REALLY SPECIAL. Marquette is coming off a strong season, earning a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament and advancing to the Sweet 16.The Cyclones are entering their fourth year under coach T.J. Otzelberger, who has taken the team to three NCAA Tournaments and two Sweet 16s.
