Property and Cancelation Policies :
Skyline Lodge Cancellation Policy: Changes or modifications to reservations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in day, until 3:00 pm the day before. For reservations under a single name with more than three rooms, cancellations or modifications must be made 72 hours before check-in, or by 3:00 pm three days in advance. Failure to cancel on time will result in a charge equivalent to the first night's rent. In the event of a no-show, the first night will be charged, and the reservation will subsequently be canceled.
Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Skyline Lodge, where your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Before booking a room, please take note of our policies:
- Age Verification: While we believe the children are our future, guests must be at least 21 years old and present to book a room. A VALID photo ID is required upon check-in.
- Reservation Requirements: All room reservation requests must include the first and last names of all adults staying in the room and a valid credit card for arrival guarantee. When making a reservation, payment must be processed with the intended credit card, as changes will not be possible during check-in.
- Room Rates and Taxes: Enjoy our awesome room rates, subject to change. Please be aware that all rooms are subject to a 6% tax collected by the State of West Virginia.
- Occupancy Guidelines: Group trips are fun! Keep in mind our maximum occupancy rules: two people max for rooms with a single bed (Queen or King), and four people max for rooms with multiple beds.
- Non-Smoking Policy: Skyline Lodge is a non-smoking property, covering both traditional and electronic smoking methods. Smoking in rooms or strong lingering scents will incur a $200 per day room cleaning fee.
- Guest Responsibilities: Immediate termination of the rental agreement is possible for exceeding room occupancy limits, creating excessive noise during quiet hours, or sub-letting the property. Pets are not allowed; a $200 per day fine will be imposed if pets or any indication of pets are found. Service animals are welcome.
- Property Damages: Guests are responsible for property damages or missing items. Damages will be charged to the credit card at market value.
- Firearms Policy: Guests may bring firearms onto the premises for storage purposes only, subject to specific restrictions. Firearms are strictly prohibited in common areas, and failure to comply may result in eviction.
- Privacy and Security: Guest information is confidential, and employees will not disclose identity, room numbers, or presence to unauthorized individuals. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises to ensure security.
- Belongings Left on Property: If you leave any belongings on the property, you must either return to pick them up or arrange to have items picked up (FedEx/UPS).
- Reservation Payment: When making a reservation, payment must be completed with the intended credit card, as changes will not be possible at the time of check-in.
